I would have expected better service from this NVM real estate agent/Bob. He abused his position. In retrospect, this realtor was a bad choice and we should have chosen another and much better and more expert realtor who wouldn't have deceived us so much. I simply had a very bad experience with it, especially because as clients we had absolutely nothing to say or contribute. He knew in which town we needed to live and which property would be good for us. He also made us submit an offer that was simply unrealistically high. Furthermore, he just nonchalantly went on vacation instead of ensuring my house would be sold quickly and at the best possible price. He also clearly showed that he wasn't interested!

Absolutely 5 stars, after having had a bad experience with another brokerage concept, I chose Soeteman. From the first moment to the last moment it felt right. This applies to the entire team. Both the ladies in the office and the broker himself are extremely involved and have an exceptionally good understanding of things. My tip to everyone, don't skimp on a good broker and choose a broker with knowledge of the area. Bob thanks again and for the people in the office, baked goods are coming ;)
