What wasn't so good was the after-sales service/communication (questions in the Whatsapp group were either ignored or not answered accurately/promptly). Drove all the way there. Had a viewing in Lunetten, this realtor didn't tell me anything about the property. Literally within 2 minutes I was outside. Asked if they could send me the requested documents via email, this gentleman said 'I will arrange it' but no response received after just under a week. Afterwards, I called them with various questions and even made an offer (they asked me to do so via email), again no message received after a week and a half. I don't understand this realtor. How can you leave your property in their hands if they don't want to do anything!! It involves large amounts of money!!! Never experienced anything like it!!! Ridiculous!!!
