Ongeveer een jaar geleden verhuisden we vanuit de Van der Zaanstraat 1 3317WT Dordrecht. Melvin de Makelaar vertegenwoordigde de huiseigenaar en gedroeg zich zeer onbeschoft tegenover ons, huurders, bij de uitcheck. Eerst waren ze te laat voor onze uitcheckafspraak en vervolgens vertelden ze ons dat we moesten betalen voor een vuile oven. We vroegen om hem schoon te maken, wat 20 minuten werk was, maar hij weigerde. Later haalde hij € 250 van onze borg af. Zeer onbeschoft gedrag, ik zou deze makelaar nooit aanbevelen. Overigens heb ik later de eigenaar aangeklaagd en mijn geld teruggekregen.
