Unfortunately, no pleasant experience. The agent's method is to attract you as a client but then you hear nothing more. We were left with the feeling of a lazy broker. While his commission is very high in relation to other brokers. Also, this broker's strategy did not give us a good feeling. After a price advice, it remained silent for two weeks. Several times we had to initiate contact ourselves. When the reflection period was over to be able to terminate the agreement with the agent, we were called back with the advice to lower the price by €50,000,-. Of course, we did not agree to this.
