Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.
