Na mijn akkoord heeft hij dit direct opgepakt, waardoor zaken snel werden opgehelderd en opgelost. Daarnaast denkt hij graag mee over onderwerpen die niet direct binnen de standaard rol van een aankoopmakelaar vallen, terwijl hij ook eerlijk aangeeft wanneer iets buiten zijn expertise ligt. Al met al een bijzonder prettige samenwerking. Als ik opnieuw een aankoopmakelaar nodig zou hebben, zou ik zonder twijfel weer voor hen kiezen.

Ik heb een zeer positieve ervaring gehad met Zicht op Wonen voor de taxatie van mijn woning in Rotterdam. De communicatie was vanaf het begin helder en professioneel, en het proces verliep efficiënt en transparant. De afspraak werd snel ingepland en het rapport werd binnen de afgesproken termijn opgeleverd. Ik waardeerde met name de snelle reacties en de duidelijkheid gedurende het hele proces, waardoor alles soepel en stressvrij verliep. Ik zou hun diensten zeker aanbevelen aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare en professionele taxatie.

Een eerlijke taxatie en degelijke informatie over het huis werden verzameld. Dit heeft enorm geholpen bij het verkrijgen van een hypotheek en de aankoop van een huis.

De taxatie is goed uitgevoerd en het rapport was redelijk snel binnen na de betaling. Wel kreeg ik een telefoontje dat de taxatie 2 dagen later zou plaatsvinden dan afgesproken. Daarom had ik zelf al bijna een andere taxateur geregeld, maar kreeg ik te horen dat ik dan een 'boete' van €300,- zou krijgen !!! Gelukkig kon de taxateur alsnog de afgesproken dag komen en is alles goed afgehandeld.

Voor het krijgen van een hypotheek was snel een taxatie nodig. Gelukkig kon dit meteen geregeld worden en was het rapport snel beschikbaar. Top service dus!

They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back!
