The lady from the office made an appointment to view the apartment on Monday. We had to leave work earlier because we still had half an hour to drive to our destination. Upon arrival, it turned out that no one was present and we were informed by phone that there was a communication error and that the apartment had already been rented! I advise against it.

We came into contact with MYN real estate agents when the house we recently purchased was for sale with them. After clear and personal contact with Bie and Andy, we viewed this house. Andy had his affairs in order during the viewing, and we found his personal approach very pleasant; unfortunately, we have experienced that this is more of an exception than a rule. We thought we had a good match with all the knowledge and quality to take the step as a Dutchman to buy a house in Belgium. We also had a good conversation with both Bie and Andy, where we thought we had set everything in motion... Unfortunately, it turned out to be nothing. Things were promised both verbally and via WhatsApp, which were never carried out and then they never responded or heard anything...

Not even 1 star, no chance of viewing and it's already sold. No fair information.

Very disappointed.. They casually called two days before the scheduled viewing with the news that the house had already been sold… they said they received an offer they couldn’t refuse. While we had indicated we wanted to return from vacation earlier to view it sooner, which wasn't necessary.. That's not how you treat your customers!

Help well, clear information and take the time for you.

Very disappointed. Two days before the scheduled viewing, they casually called to say that the house had already been sold. They said they received an offer they couldn't refuse. While we specifically asked if everyone would get a chance to make an offer. I gave 2 stars because otherwise they do sound nice but hope this is a lesson for them that you don’t treat customers like this. So unfortunately, not a good first experience with this real estate agency.

Wij hebben het als zeer prettig ervaren met Bram en de assistenten. Heel goed contact en overleg o.a. via de app waardoor je direct op de hoogte bent van de stand van zaken.

Er was veel begrip voor mijn situatie en hier werd goed mee omgegaan. De verkoop van mijn huis is in een vlot tempo verlopen. Ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden van alles. De makelaar heeft goed zijn best gedaan om ook de voorwaarden bij de verkoop van mijn huis goed af te stemmen met de kopers. Dit was voor mij ook belangrijk.

We zijn tevreden hoe alles is aangepakt. Fijn contact, deskundig advies en de korte lijntjes in communicatie.

Because our mortgage advisor had made certain mistakes, we urgently sought an appraiser who could assess our future home on very short notice. Through the selling broker, we came into contact with Ado. He helped us enormously by being very flexible and went directly to the property the next morning (on Friday) to appraise it. We received the appraisal report immediately after the weekend. The appraisal report was very comprehensive. We are therefore very satisfied customers :-)
