12 Feb 2025Early December, we went to view a house where Mr. Baaten, as the selling real estate agent from Huizenpraktijk, gave the tour. All interested parties had been given the opportunity until a certain point to submit 1 bid through an online bidding site. We had also done so. That same afternoon, we received a phone call saying that our offer was the best and also received this in writing via email that same evening. The next morning (less than 24 hours later), we received a phone call where Mr. Baaten told us that the sellers had had their own viewing outside of the real estate agent and had offered 20K more. Our bid, which had gone through the official bidding process, was naturally no longer the best bid. We were of course given the opportunity to also offer an extra 20K, so ultimately it still became a 'bidding against each other' game. Through various channels, we later heard that it would have proceeded through the real estate agent anyway, so very disappointing that there seems to be lying and that the sellers received the blame.

Ze kunnen flexibel schakelen, zodat de promo (fotoshoot ed) snel geregeld was. Ik zou ze zo weer in schakelen.

Monique toonde een uitzonderlijk niveau van professionaliteit, expertise en toewijding gedurende het hele proces. Wat haar echt onderscheidde, was haar toewijding om mijn specifieke behoeften en voorkeuren te begrijpen. Ze nam de tijd om aandachtig naar mijn wensen te luisteren en gaf persoonlijke aanbevelingen die perfect aansloten bij mijn criteria. Een van de meest opvallende kwaliteiten van Monique was haar uitgebreide kennis van de vastgoedmarkt. ZY is clearly seen in the real estate industry with now great brand recognition, which is certainly realized by the customer-friendly behavior of Irma and Monique. Ladies with spirit and a big heart for their work. It is a clear and straightforward collaboration; ZY Brokers understand the business and are very reliable. The entire process, from the first visit for the purpose of providing an appraisal and offer to the inspection together with the buyers just before the transfer at the notary’s office, ran smoothly. You are kept well informed every time and everything is checked threefold. The property valuation was realistic and the brokerage fee is market conform. What clearly distinguishes her from other real estate agents is that you really are taken the time for as a seller but also certainly for potential buyers. Not just a quick tour of the house, but there is truly personal attention, you really take the time and think along. In short, highly recommended if you are looking for a professional real estate agent who responds quickly, is reliable and always radiates a lovely positive energy.
