Helaas kan ik Kick Wiegmans Hypotheken en Makelaars niet aanbevelen. In eerste instantie leek hij een vriendelijke en aardige man, maar uiteindelijk was hij helemaal niet behulpzaam. Als iemand met twee inkomens voelde ik me tijdens het hele proces genegeerd en oneerlijk behandeld. Het vreemdste voor ons was dat een van mijn vaste inkomsten, uit mijn vaste baan, volledig werd genegeerd bij de hypotheekberekening. Hierdoor was de leencapaciteit die we kregen veel te laag, waardoor het praktisch onmogelijk was om een ​​huis in onze regio te kopen. Toen we vroegen waarom mijn inkomen uit mijn vaste baan niet was meegenomen, kregen we nooit een duidelijke uitleg. Natuurlijk moesten we wel betalen voor de service – dus uiteindelijk betaalden we voor iets wat voelde als geen echte hulp. Misschien was onze ervaring anders omdat we buitenlanders zijn en geen Nederlanders – eerlijk gezegd weet ik het niet – maar helaas was dat hoe wij het tijdens het proces ervoeren. Gelukkig vonden we later geweldige mensen die ons wél goed hebben geholpen en die beide inkomsten correct hebben meegenomen. Dankzij hen hebben we ons eerste huis kunnen kopen. Helaas kan ik dit bedrijf, gezien onze ervaring, niet aanbevelen.

Had many problems with the landlord, such as a leak that isn't taken seriously and handymen are hired who charge twice as much for parts than they actually are. Communication is good, but the problem-solving ability is low. Advice: Take legal assistance insurance living if you are going to rent a house from this organization.

Als faciliterende partij heeft 123Wonen geen documentatie gemaakt mbt voor- en eindinspectie met voorgaande huurder. Op hun website vermelden zij dat dit wel onder hun werkzaamheden valt. Het in kaart brengen van eventuele gebreken is belangrijk bij zo'n overdracht, omdat je niet verantwoordelijk wilt worden gehouden voor gebreken die niet door jouw toedoen zijn ontstaan. Dus door nalatigheid van 123Wonen, mag jij als nieuwe huurder deze administratieve klus zelf klaren. Het meest vervelende is nog de wijze van communicatie. Vragen die ze niet willen beantwoorden worden simpelweg ontweken /niet beantwoord (tot 5x toe). Kortom, in mijn ervaring is 123Wonen nalatig in hun uitvoering en slecht in hun communicatie.

Nooit meer een auto huren via dit verhuurbedrijf. Ze wilden mijn Borg niet teruggeven, zelfs niet na meer dan een maand aandringen... Ik betaalde altijd op tijd, ik heb er nooit problemen mee gehad. Ze behandelen mensen als objecten, het bewijs is er. Ik raad het niemand aan.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met 123Wonen bij het vinden van een huurappartement. We hadden enorme haast en moesten binnen een maand iets vinden. Toen we ons aanmeldden bij 123Wonen, kregen we dezelfde dag nog een bezichtiging en een contract. :) We willen in het bijzonder Bart Christiaans bedanken, die ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam was bij het beantwoorden van al onze vragen. Hij reageerde altijd snel en deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat we alle essentiële documenten hadden en de huurprocedures begrepen. Hij heeft ons zelfs geholpen met de check-in en de sleuteloverdracht terwijl hij op vakantie was!

Als ik een 0 kon geven had ik dat gedaan.

We moesten met dit makelaarskantoor samenwerken omdat ze de verhuurder van het appartement dat ik huurde vertegenwoordigden. De man van het kantoor was onbeleefd en slecht geïnformeerd. Ze profiteren van de marktsituatie en geven niets om de huurders. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Via deze makelaar een gemeubileerde woning gehuurd voor een half jaar. Contact verliep erg soepel en snel. Echter toen tijdens de 1e mnd vd huurperiode bleek dat het appartement gebreken vertoonde die het wonen erg oncomfortabel en soms onmogelijk maakten bleek de particuliere verhuurder niet of erg laat te reageren. Uiteindelijk na veel gedoe de huur in de 2e mnd alweer opgezegd. De verhuurder heeft nu geheel onterecht € 1.300 ingehouden op de borg en reageert nergens meer op. En helaas ook 123 wonen geeft niet thuis, wat een slechte service. Absoluut een afrader om zaken te doen met deze partijen

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service en professionaliteit van 123 Wonen. Ik kan dit bedrijf van harte aanbevelen voor al uw verhuuractiviteiten als huurder of verhuurder in de regio Haarlem.

123Wonen Haarlem raad ik iedereen aan! Op donderdag diende ik een verzoek in, op vrijdag had ik een huis. Verder verliep de samenwerking erg prettig.

Lisa hield wekelijks contact met mij, verzorgde alle bezichtigingen tot in de puntjes en gaf altijd eerlijk en helder advies!

We purchased a new-build home where the mediation went through this office. We really experienced this negatively on multiple fronts. The communication is extremely poor and terrible. Below are some concrete examples: The initial contact was good. During the subsequent signing appointment, things went downhill. Everything happened very quickly and superficially in terms of explanation regarding material that was all new to us. A lot remained unclear and the intermediary was not patient. We expected to receive advice on the rough construction and finishing work. We had a general idea but would have liked to be informed about the possibilities. No advice during the conversation. The motto was 'what you want', so the conversation ended after 15 minutes. After 8 months, there was an initial viewing day and meeting the neighbors. What was presented? Absolutely nothing! Only the pipes of the heat pumps. Q1 2023 was the prognosis and we were already in the summer of 2022. As of this writing, the completion date is still unknown. It would be before the autumn break but that is less than 8 weeks away, so expect chaos because it will suddenly happen quickly or delivery after the autumn break. Then we are in Q3. Be honest as a company so people can at least plan. If it's after the autumn break, fine, but then people can at least coordinate. Now no one knows anything! Note that forecasting and communicating about a small project of 25 houses doesn't have to be this difficult. I would never buy a house here again.

Review adjusted following communication with the organization, explaining in more detail how the lines of communication work. Ultimately, I think that Hofzicht is an organization that wants to solve/address your problem with the best intentions in the world, but often depends on a builder. Because some builders do not/poorly cooperate or respond, it seems as if there's no progress at all. For me personally, it would have been better to be open about certain problems, where they are unable to move forward with the builder. That creates clarity and gives me, as a customer, more of a feeling that our contact person at the real estate agent really wants to bridge the gap between the buyer and the builder. Now it often felt like a 'computer says no'. I also agree with the further comments from As Laan in the other reviews. Hopefully you can do something with this, and I wish you much success in the future.

They are scammers.

A group of scammers trying to extort brokerage fees for a rental property without any agreement. Besides the fact that double brokerage fees are against the law, they still had the audacity to send an invoice of a few hundred euros. Very sad how they try to scam people this way. Don't fall for it. They occasionally create a new profile on Google My Business so that the negative reviews disappear. Do not be misled by the positive fake reviews.
