The sales process went well, the communication was very good same as the expertise. Local market knowledge is less, but the house that was sold was also not a standard house.
Initial contact was great. Good consultation regarding the asking price. We were unlucky that the weather was very bad when taking the photos, so the exterior photos had to be retaken. In consultation, some photos were also adjusted. The real estate agent remained cheerful despite many viewings and provided good guidance in selling our apartment.
Buying a house through Borgdorff was one of the worst decisions of our lives. Our experience was absolutely devastating. If you value transparency and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

This was the realtor for the selling party (a number of years ago already). During the viewing, Karen S. made several racist remarks. That she would never let her daughter live in this neighborhood (Schilderswijk) and whether I, as a white person, knew what I was getting into in this neighborhood. I didn't find it professional. Otherwise, the completion of the sale went fine, but I can’t give any more stars.

U heeft uw woning in 2020 gekocht. Het is heel vervelend dat u bijna 5 jaar met dit gevoel heeft rondgelopen. Tot uw bericht van vorige week is de inhoud voor ons onbekend gebleven en wij hadden graag eerder met u hierover gesproken. Voor racisme is pertinent geen plaats. Wij verkopen al heel lang met enthousiasme woningen in de kleurrijke Schilderswijk en weten als geen ander dat veel kopers daar met ontzettend veel plezier wonen!

It was a very complicated sale. Initially, the fixed broker got sick. Then the house was sold verbally and the buyers could no longer be reached by phone! After that, the house was sold again for a lower amount. That went well, but it became December and it was very difficult to get anyone to speak with! Perhaps it would have been better to set the asking price slightly lower initially. And I always thought a verbal 'Yes' also constituted an obligation…
