I have been renting for more than 12 months through real estate agent Bed’r and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They are very efficient and always respond quickly to requests. Whether I forget my keys or leave them inside, help is usually available within 15 minutes. They are proud of the fact that they work with many companies and I have never received a complaint. I rented via the agency Bed’R an apartment in Groningen for three months, while I was conducting research within the framework of my doctoral research at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG). The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and bright, and had wifi, a television, and a beautiful indoor garden. It was equipped with all the comforts for a longer stay. I was especially pleased with the kitchen, which had a microwave oven combination, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a spacious freezer and all the necessary kitchenware. The apartment also had a large shower, a very comfortable bed, and a washing machine-dryer. Towels (both for the bathroom and kitchen), bedding and blankets were present. I really felt at home during my stay! Moreover, the apartment was very close to both the UMCG and the city center, and located in a very quiet neighborhood (near the Noorderplantsoen). I also greatly appreciated the support of the agency. The staff were extremely friendly and always available to help. All in all, it was an excellent experience!

I was allowed to use one of their studios for 2.5 years and I enjoyed it a lot. It is perhaps a bit on the expensive side but the service is very good, you don't have to worry about anything and they are very quick to respond and provide help. Moreover, my studio was also beautifully located within the city.

In 2014 heeft A.Jalving onze woonboerderij getaxeerd i.o.v de NAM. later werkzaam voor Lagro Ebens. Later heeft E.B. van Hasselt bij een contra expertise van de NAM een hertaxatie gedaan i.o.v de NAM. Het verschil met vergelijkbare objecten is dat onze toenmalige woning bijna 300.000 te laag is getaxeerd ten opzichte van vergelijkbare objecten. 1 ster is te veel. Ik weet waar ik over praat want ben zelf Register Makelaar Taxateur geweest en nog steeds gecertificeerd Makelaar. Nu 12 jaar later is dit nog niet afgesloten. Het Openbaar ministerie mag zich gaan buigen of er sprake is van Oplichting, Fraude, wantprestatie etc. dit laat ik dan aan het Openbaar ministerie over.

Emailed regarding a house, asking whether negotiations with a buyer had already started or if nothing concrete had been agreed upon. I received a reply email with the response: “Thank you for your viewing request, we will discuss with the owner when we can schedule this.” I then emailed back — no response. Subsequently, I called and explained the situation; “You will be called back today, sir.” You already guess it: I’m still waiting for that phone call. Meanwhile, the house is now up for bidding… Conclusion: if I ever wanted to sell my house, I certainly would not approach this real estate agent. And if you are selling your house through this party, I hope they do their best for you.
