Tijdens mijn telefoongesprek om de bezichtiging af te spreken , deed ze al een rare uitspraak over dat ik eerst in een andere wijk een woning had bekeken en of ik dit wel wilde?? Ik had nog nooit contact met deze Mevrouw gehad…Mijn collega die dat ook hoorde was ook zeer verbaasd.. Vanochtend bezichtiging gehad, toen ze aan kwam lopen dacht ik eerst dat het een bewoner was met tas vol , met o.a. haar lunch en zak wortelen.Die ze in de koelkast van de woning legde.. Want ze was daar toch heel de dag.. Leek met tegenzin. De rondleiding begon terwijl ze al kauwend op een wortel met mij communiceerde, nog nooit mee gemaakt zoiets! Daarna stopte ze er nog 1 in haar mond.. Het was 11 uur in de ochtend? En je wacht dan toch tot je alleen bent lijkt mij. Ook zei ze we hebben niet eens in de keukenkastjes gekeken… nou dat doe ik uit respect naar de bewoners niet! En je kunt in de tekst lezen of er een vaatwasser etc in de woning aanwezig is. Het luchtje in de badkamer vondt ze erg lekker en werd bestudeerd…ik rook netjes gezegd een heel ander luchtje bij Mevrouw. Lang getwijfeld of ik dit moest plaatsen maar ik ben nog steeds verbaasd over de benadering , verre van professioneel. Ik was een geïnteresseerde koper en geen vriendin…
