Fijne makelaar met eerlijke en goede adviezen. Weet goed hoe de markt werkt en adviseert je goed wat je wel of niet moet doen. Huispresentatie is echt perfect met persoonlijke hulp en prachtige foto’s.

Makelaar Geus Makelaar Geus werkt met enorm veel enthousiasme en betrokkenheid. Ze reageert altijd snel, komt haar afspraken na en denkt creatief mee. Dankzij haar sterke marktkennis weet ze precies wat werkt. Een fijne, betrouwbare makelaar waarbij je je direct op je gemak voelt.

Contact liep soepel. Makelaar was goed bereikbaar . Prima samengewerkt. Huis was erg snel verkocht.

Was fijn om samen te werken gemakkelijke communicatie en altijd bereikbaar. Levert maatwerk. Doet net dat stapje extra. Neemt het voortouw.

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over deze makelaar! De communicatie verliep heel soepel en duidelijk, met korte lijntjes waardoor alles snel geregeld kon worden. Dit is inmiddels de tweede keer dat wij een huis via deze makelaar hebben verkocht, en opnieuw was het een fijne ervaring. Professioneel, betrouwbaar en altijd goed bereikbaar. Het contact met de makelaar verliep goed. Ik verkocht niet mijn eigen huis en dat is dan toch anders. Alles ging goed, ik vond vooral het tijdelijk aankleden van het huis voor de foto's erg goed gedaan.

Karin is friendly, punctual, customer-oriented, concerned, provides clear explanations and good tips to make the house 'photo-ready'. Later questions were always neatly and quickly answered. She is also clear and honest with buyers, telling it like it is, including both pros and cons along with possible solutions so there are no discussions later. I find her a pleasant person to work with. And being able to use the moving trolley is an added value!!

Wij hebben de samenwerking met onze verkoopmakelaar als zeer prettig ervaren. Doordat het een eenmanszaak is, merk je meteen dat er veel persoonlijke aandacht is. Monique guided me through the purchase of a house, which was very difficult because I lived abroad. Monique thought along very personally and had a solution for every snag, took the time and discussed everything thoroughly, and when I found a property, she immediately started negotiating for me, looked at the house very carefully and negotiated sharply but in such a way that everyone was happy with it.
