Afterwards I had the impression that the guidance in searching for a new home fell silent, while agreements were made and costs were charged for this. I am very dissatisfied with how this process has unfolded and the support I have experienced. I would not recommend anyone to work with her anymore.

En de teksten zoals voor ***29 Tilburg "goed onderhouden huis" klopt niet zoals je al op de foto's kan zien. En "HR-beglazing" is niet aanwezig. En de check van energie label A klopt al helemaal niet. Boven enkel glas en geen zonnepanelen. Kortom valse voorwendselen.

Recently had dealings with the 'service provision' of HA real estate agents. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied! The house that was purchased through them has many defects that were not mentioned. In addition, my house was sold through them (I received advice not to mention the negative things that ''have/have not been'' resolved, as this is discouraging, was their response). I then stated that I value honesty and would not follow this advice, however we are now left with a new house with defects and unmentioned issues (was this on their advice?). During the sale of my house, I also encountered many things. There is only one way and that is their way, furthermore they are not transparent; if you ask for insight into viewings/bids, etc., you get the answer: trust me. I am not satisfied with them and have a bad feeling about it! Next time I will definitely think twice before using their services.
