De fotoreportage verliep prettig, duidelijke foto’s met een goede omschrijving van het huis. Dankzij de ervaring was het huis snel verkocht. Michel reageert snel is correct en komt afspraken na.

Jacco Spiering heeft de woning van onze moeder snel en uitstekend verkocht. Vanaf de eerste kennismaking tot en met de contractuele afronding waren alle contacten persoonlijk en prettig. De voorbereiding verliep soepel. Belangrijke zaken, zoals de fotoselectie en de laatste details voor de Funda‑advertentie, bespraken we tijdens een persoonlijke afspraak op zijn kantoor. Al snel volgden veel bezichtigingen, waarover we steeds telefonisch én per e‑mail helder werden geïnformee…

A year ago, Mr. E was our purchasing agent. We were very surprised that he didn't keep his appointments with us. If we pointed something out, he would arrange it!! We hadn’t had a building inspection carried out and (foolishly) relied on trust. That was severely damaged by him at the time. 1 year later and €12,000 lighter, we no longer trust any agent from Struijk en Struijk. As soon as legal assistance was involved, he disappeared from view. To this day, we have heard nothing from him. If you want to sell your house, he’s your man, but if he wants to sell something to you, you shouldn't take him. Beware!!!

Ik kende de makelaar al van de bank. Er wordt altijd veel tijd genomen om alles rustig uit te leggen. Geen vraag is teveel. Verkoop ging vlot. Wij waren erg tevreden !

Ik ben erg tevreden over de samenwerking met dit makelaarskantoor. De benadering was vriendelijk en persoonlijk. Alles werd uit handen genomen en ze gingen echt net dat stapje verder. Mijn woning was bovendien binnen 2 weken verkocht, dus dat ging super snel. Zeker een aanrader!

My experience with Woningkampioen (part of Geldkampioen) as a potential buyer was unfortunately not positive. During a bidding process I noticed that the communication was very slow and unclear. It was indicated several times that I would be called back shortly, but subsequently I sometimes heard nothing for weeks. In my case it was told that the seller had to discuss my offer with the bank, after which I received no updates for two weeks. In the end it turned out that the house had been sold all of a sudden, without any clear communication about this in between. I also got the impression that little initiative was taken to actively conduct the conversation or negotiations with interested buyers. This gave me as a buyer the feeling that the process was not being taken seriously. It does not surprise me therefore that houses which in principle look good at Woningkampioen remain for sale for months. I did not really find that Anita made an effort to sell the house. Moreover, I found the contact not always pleasant. During a conversation with Anita, the tone felt unfriendly and disrespectful to me, which did not improve my experience. Furthermore, it was noticed that during the contact several times it was suggested to use the services of Geldkampioen, which did not feel appropriate for me at that moment in the process. It felt as if they were trying to bribe me. Based on my personal experience, I would therefore not recommend this real estate agent and financial advisor. I would advise everyone to choose a real estate agent and financial advisor who places good communication and involvement higher on the agenda. That does not seem to be the case with Woningkampioen and Geldkampioen.
