Makelaar is een zeer professionele makelaar die creatief denkt, erg flexibel was met het inplannen van bezichtigingen en na het tekenen van de koopovereenkomst was het makkelijk om via hen vervolgafspraken te maken voor bijvoorbeeld het opmeten. Ik snap de slechte recensies niet, want ze doen hun werk erg goed.

The agent dared to ask a sharp price, and retrospectively made a good assessment. Service was always very good, and there was much, clear and proactive communication. We were assisted (free of charge) in the purchase of another property among other things, and received additional advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Where necessary, the agent also dared to say hard things. Not someone who just tells you what you want to hear. Een oordeel over de makelaar geven vind ik moeilijk omdat er veel achter de schermen gebeurt waar je zelf niet bij bent en het is heel afhankelijk van resultaat en die was in mijn geval heel goed. Dus heeft hij goed werk geleverd.

Even when we were on vacation in France and Nick himself was also on vacation contact was maintained to finalize the last matters for the sale. Ik spreek liever Duits. Ik ben momenteel in Bracht (vlakbij de Nederlandse grens) en de verhuurders hier zijn voornamelijk Nederlanders. Als je ze belt om te informeren naar een appartement en ze merken dat je geen vluchteling bent of iets dergelijks, krijg je het niet. Ze verhuren niet aan Duitsers! En dat is schandalig. Ik overweeg om dit openbaar te maken. Ik heb al wat navraag gedaan en ze vertelden me informeel dat verhuurders tot wel drie keer de huur kunnen vragen aan vluchtelingen, enzovoort. Ik kan het bijna niet geloven, maar als het waar is, BEDANKT... Dan kunnen ze tenminste rustig slapen.

In een zeer vertrouwde sfeer alle vragen die we hadden op tafel kunnen leggen waarbij er overal een antwoord op was. We hebben altijd een eerlijk verhaal gehoord wat ons erg geholpen heeft in de keuzes die we gemaakt hebben. Altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Kortom wij zouden Koen Vermeulen zeker adviseren !!
