We came across this broker through a contact and from the first communication, things felt right. He took us on a search for a house which we experienced as very pleasant. After a disappointing exchange with the real estate agent, I must say that my experience with them was far from positive. After several attempts to have the old webpage of my property removed, I received nothing but nonchalant responses that clearly showed that they didn't care about my request. The attitude of this real estate agent in communication is very unprofessional. Instead of showing empathy for my concerns about selling my house, I was simply dismissed with an indifferent reaction that insinuated that maintaining their website was more important than fulfilling my request. The lack of customer focus was frankly disappointing. Moreover, their argument for retaining the old advertisement was weak and unfounded. As a real estate agent, they should take responsibility to ensure that the information on their website is up-to-date. Through this negligence, they have not only wasted my time but may also confuse and/or deter potential buyers. The lack of willingness of this real estate agent to even make a small effort to help us speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would strongly advise others not to do business with this real estate agent unless they are satisfied with a lack of respect and attention to their needs.

I was quite apprehensive about selling my house because I didn't know much about it. The first appointment was made very quickly, and from the first contact, my worries disappeared. I received very professional but also very friendly advice, and throughout the entire process, I haven't had to worry about a thing. Within no-time, the house was sold, and I owe that to Olav and his team!
Don't get involved! They make their clients place the highest bid, which eliminates the rest of the bidders. Afterwards, they set the condition that they only want to sign if they are allowed to come and have another look.. if it still doesn't suit them, they simply drop out. This completely excludes the market.. The result is that few real estate agencies want to work with them. So ultimately, as a buying agent, you won’t gain anything from it either. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

What we liked was the extensive package: a professional measurement of the property, styling advice, and a beautiful presentation on Matterport. And it was nice that ample viewing times were possible. We noticed that he has good contact with buyer’s agents, because many seriously interested parties came to view. This led to many good bids and a quick sale. No fuss, but a transparent procedure. When we had questions, there was quick contact, even outside office hours. We were happy with that.
