Een makelaar zie ik als een expert waaraan je de verkoop van je huis uit handen geeft. Omdat de verkoop langer duurde dan verwacht had ik een meer pro-actieve houding kunnen waarderen om de kans op het bereiken van potentiele geinteresseerden te vergroten.

This week the viewings took place and next Friday was the deadline to make an offer. It is Tuesday today. If as a real estate agent you cannot spare 15 minutes for an extra potential buyer, then I already know now that I would not let my own house be sold by this agent. After all, you don't know if I might make the highest offer — and thereby, in my opinion, you are shortchanging your client (the seller).
