Klant onvriendelijk. Arrogant gedrag door de overspannen huizenmarkt.. Niet bereid om van een ander dan het door hun ingepland bezichtigings moment af te wijken. Na het plaatsen van de review heeft de telefoniste contact gezocht. Hierover een gesprek gehad. Ze wilde ons wel op een reserve lijst plaatsen. Daar passen we voor. Wij komen niet opdraven als de hun uitverkoren potentiële kopers afhaken. Dus conclusie: voor ons had het gesprek geen meerwaarde. De slechte review was de trigger om ons te contacten.

Een toegankelijk team en heel meegaand en meedenkend. Mijn volgende huis mogen zij ook weer in de portefeuille nemen.

We have had very bad experiences with Van Cromvoirt Makelaardij & Advies. During the purchase process of a home, we were provided with incorrect and misleading information about the roof structure. Both in the sales brochure and on Funda, it was assumed that the thatched roof was insulated. We also received an email stating that the roof was fitted with a modern screw roof construction which is safer and therefore cheaper to insure than a traditional thatched roof. Subsequently, this turned out to be absolutely untrue. Furthermore, during viewings we were wrongly informed that the roof could not be inspected, while it ultimately proved possible. Only after repeated insistence did we gain access and found the reality completely different. We have had to incur significant costs as a result. Although the real estate agent acknowledged during a conversation that a mistake had been made and that they were insured against it, no response has been received from us since then on our formal correspondence. In short: unreliable communication, misleading information and no responsibility whatsoever. We advise everyone not to do business with this office.

Fast response after wanting to view a property. After telephone contact regarding questions about our own home, the conversation was abruptly ended in a childish and rude manner. Especially after we let them know that the sale of our house would be handled by someone else. Then the advice to first sell our house before buying another. Worst advice I've ever heard. Our house is completely finished and very desirable these days. Was not planning on ending up on the street with 3 children. But the condition of selling our own property was apparently unacceptable.
