Kurt is a scammer! Don't give him any cash

Kurt wanted a month's rent from us as a tenant (illegal because the landlord already pays it) and he wanted it in cash so that he wouldn't have any problems with it. Don't go into business with him!!

Wij hebben via deze makelaar recent een nieuwbouwwoning gekocht tegen de toen geldende prijs. Kort daarna worden dezelfde woningen met korting van duizenden euro's aangeboden aan nieuwe kopers. Dit hebben wij aangekaart, maar er wordt geen enkele vorm van begrip of tegemoetkoming geboden. Dat contrast voelt voor ons oneerlijk en niet klantgericht. Ons advies: wees je bewust van dit risico voordat je hier tekent.

All in all a bad experience with TW3. Throughout the entire process, we mostly had to seek contact ourselves and often had to ask how things stood with the interested buyers. The follow-up usually happened at our request. Furthermore, it happened that questions were often not answered multiple times. Richard, the realtor who accompanied us, could have been a bit sharper (also certainly in terms of being on time for viewings). In the end, the sales deed was signed on 29-8-2025. It is now 23-10-2025 and we have (apart from a message 'Deed is signed') heard nothing more from the realtor. The realtor should have kept us informed about the deposit being paid to the notary and that also did not happen... A pity...

We had a very bad experience with TW3. They provided the buyer's guidance for our new build house. For the finishing touches, we also received a quote for the floors and walls. This looked good and we gave the order. After installing the PVC floor, things went wrong. Mold appeared all over the house between the egaline and the PVC floor, which caused spots to appear on the PVC from underneath. TW3 want nothing to do with it and point to the floor layers they sent. They take the money but leave you hanging when problems arise.

I called to get information about the property, but the employee cut off the connection. When I called back, no one answered. Very unprofessional.
