Subsequently contacted them by phone; it was stated unfriendly that applicants are selected from all requests. I find this remarkable, as I reacted as one of the first. Also via WhatsApp, there is silence. I would not entrust my property to this party, which is a shame, because you lose potential buyers that way. Should the owner of Stalnet 3, 3192 DJ, Hoogvliet Rotterdam read this: things will not progress with this selling agent; in my opinion, a wrong choice was made.

The communication was clear, appointments were kept properly and everything around the rental agreement and key handover went smoothly. The property was clean, well maintained and ready to move in immediately. I was also quickly and well assisted with questions afterwards. Truly a reliable landlord who values service and customer friendliness. Maasstad seems trustworthy and really thinks along with you. Definitely recommended!

I strongly advise against this rental agency. I visited one of their apartments for a viewing and at first everything seemed to be in order. However, the secretary asked me to pay €350 upfront to send my documents to the landlord, with a promise of a €250 refund if the landlord would reject my application. The landlord approved my application, but the lease contract they offered was highly unprofessional. The contract contained multiple errors and unreasonable clauses, such as the tenant being responsible for insurance, damage to the exterior of the property, and depreciation of the central heating boiler. In short, the contract was unacceptable and not legally valid. Moreover, they pressured me to sign the contract before June 1st, even though they had only sent it to me on May 29th, giving me no reasonable time to review it. When I asked for my €250 back, they completely stopped responding. This rental agency acts in bad faith – avoid them at all costs.
