We kochten een huis via Makelaars, een makelaarskantoor dat als makelaar was ingeschakeld. De documentatie verliep prima. Maar de communicatie met dit kantoor was lastig. Ze namen nauwelijks de telefoon op! Ook via e-mail reageerden ze niet snel. Bovendien hoorden we niets meer van hen over de eindinspectie; die werd pas geregeld nadat we erom hadden gevraagd.

Onze bezichtiging werd 10 minuten voor de afspraak geannuleerd. We hadden allebei 3 uur vrij genomen van ons werk om het huis te bezichtigen, dus de extreem korte tijd waarop dit werd gemeld, is ronduit respectloos en een verspilling van onze tijd. We hebben de dag voor de bezichtiging een e-mail gestuurd en geprobeerd te bellen om te controleren of het huis nog beschikbaar was. De bezichtiging was 's ochtends nog steeds bevestigd, maar werd afgezegd toen we al uit de metro waren gestapt en naar het huis liepen. Het was een enorme schok om dit van de makelaar te horen toen we over straat liepen.

Alleen de pech dat we kregen te horen huis word denk ik snel verkocht en dat duurde 5 maanden maar voor de rest goeie makelaars

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong. Had to call often to sort things out. Got the impression that the realtor was more occupied with the buyer than with me as their client. Did not get all the offers through. In the end, I had to get involved myself with the sale, and fortunately that did go well.

Feeling of illumination. I had already been looking for a house for 3 months.. you have to keep track yourself of the amount named €65/€75 that you pay so that you can be helped but no one who calls or apps for a house first I got Angela and said she would refer me to Luciano now 3 x nothing both. emails received what I had to pay (commission) but no houses unfortunately. My experience is very bad I eventually arranged a house myself via another company!

The only thing that went well was the communication and the viewing (super friendly contact, also in person). I had found a property on a rental website, after which we suddenly had to register compulsorily on Ronifica’s site ‘for faster contact’. We did this and quickly made contact with ‘the intermediary’. We had neatly communicated via WhatsApp and were able to schedule a viewing. During the viewing, everything still seemed trustworthy. Only afterwards, after the viewing, when data was requested, we suddenly had to sign a ‘mediation agreement’, describing that we would have to pay costs. The answer was: ''Now it turns out that this is collegial rental and we don’t ask for full mediation fees for this, but only a contribution in favour of the owner, for advertising and administrative costs. Usually this is 3% with a minimum of €350,- at the moment you actually rent a property.'' I found this super vague, because €65 had already been paid to register on the website. Of course, we did NOT sign this ‘mediation agreement’, because I first wanted to receive the rental contract (huurovereenkomst). Now comes the strange part: they didn’t want to provide us with the rental contract ''because this agreement only starts when you rent the property from the landlord'' AND ''the landlord will not make an agreement without knowing whether you can actually rent the property''. While the rental contract should normally already be drawn up! It was also very vague that when we had the viewing, it was said ‘you are the only candidates at this moment’ and later it was said: ‘then I will send you the documents, together with those of the other candidates’. Also, as soon as we got home after the viewing, the advertisement for this house suddenly disappeared: from their own website and from another well-known rental website. Because ''a colleague did it accidentally''. While normally you would put an advertisement on status ‘rented’.

Worthless appraisers and appraisal reports, misleading and afterwards full of lies and claims that no statements were made. Politically correct but professionally rubbish!

Ik snap de negatieve reviews niet en kan me er zeker niet in vinden. Iets langer dan een jaar geleden heb ik mijn woning laten taxeren en alles werd supersnel en kundig uitgevoerd. En telefonisch zijn ze altijd bereikbaar. Zeker een aanrader.

Taxatie laten maken voor aankoop woning. Prima contact en de taxatie is snel en kundig uitgevoerd. Rapport werd sneller aangeleverd dan afgesproken.

Een van de goedkoopste maar ook hoop slordige foutjes, huis is ook te laag getaxeerd uiteindelijk.

Nog nooit zo'n asociale makelaar meegemaakt. Afspraken worden constant verbroken. Telefonisch ook voor geen meter bereikbaar. Wegblijven hier!

Schandalige service en zéér onprofessionele service. De taxatie is op een verkeerde manier uitgevoerd en de taxateur blijft volhouden dat alles klopt, zelfs na het aanleveren van alle bewijsstukken. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Ga asjeblieft niet met deze man in zee, dit raad ik iedereen sterk af. Dit valt voor mij onder het kopje oplichterij.

Mooie eerlijke waarde van mijn huis kregen, komen afspraken goed na, beantwoorden netjes mijn vragen hoe het hoort dus.
