Onacceptabel: €3.200 aan borg nog steeds niet terug "Ik ben genoodzaakt deze waarschuwing te schrijven. Dit kantoor weigert al meerdere maanden mijn borg van €3.200 terug te betalen. Ondanks talloze pogingen om contact op te nemen via telefoon en mail, blijft het kantoor volledig onbereikbaar en worden afspraken niet nagekomen. Het achterhouden van dergelijke bedragen zonder enige communicatie is onprofessioneel en juridisch dubieus. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en het financiële risico en ga niet met dit kantoor in zee.

I will not recommend this realtor. He didn't put my house on funda, no photos were taken, and when I sold my house myself and said I wanted to pay him the fee of 750 euros, he threatened a lawsuit but suggested that he would still like to draw up an agreement. Paid 10k for that. Not honest and indeed looking for financial gain. Don't do it!

Tussentijdse updates, telefoontjes met de stand van zaken, een vakkundig kantoor. Uiteindelijk bepaalt de uitkomst grotendeels de beoordeling en die is meer dan in orde.

Contacts went well. The advice was in line with my expectations. I don't know whether that was due to the efforts of the agent or the market conditions, but I had expected my house to get overbids but that didn't happen. The selling price ultimately came out to nearly the asking price.

Communication is not optimal, back office is often not aware of matters the real estate agent discusses and vice versa. The real estate agent themselves is also not transparent in some matters.
