Very poor service and an incompetent company. After 3 years you may receive a bill from their incompetent manager that does not match the payment. This company treats you very poorly and disrespectfully if you contact them via e-mail or phone. It seems that the owner of the company does not need customers, because he already has enough customers. Customer service is not in his dictionary. Literally a worthless appraisal by B. Dudok de Wit. Uninterested, walked through the house in 10 minutes. The house was incorrectly measured based on construction drawings and only after insisting did they try to adjust the report with NWWI without success. Result: the report can go in the trash and I need to find a new appraiser for the appraisal. Not even once an apology was made throughout this entire process. What an amateur and especially unprofessional person.

I recently worked with Rick van Have a Good Home to determine the property tax for my first house in Hilversum, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The appraisal by the company was inaccurate and based on incorrect information. I'm not talking about the market value here, but about the technical data of the property itself and the compared houses. The house was compared to properties that differed significantly from each other: a difference of 20 years, houses far from the inspected address, houses that differed by more than 30% in size and houses that had been sold years ago. Moreover, they claimed the house had no insulation, while it definitely did and was easily verifiable by openings in some places where the insulation material was visible. For a price of 800 euros, I find this a terrible experience, considering the many inaccuracies in the appraisal report. An inspection took place, during which the real estate agent, the documents and the owner themselves could quickly correct the inaccuracies in the report. This company however either did not fully read the provided documents, or it simply didn't care. They also never asked the involved parties for their opinion. I have tried several times to find out why they didn't even try to correct the report, but received no answer. 'A nice house desired', the only thing they care about is a standard appraisal report, even if it's incorrect. The draft report contained inaccurate and erroneous statements that have not been corrected to this day. I had to engage another appraiser because this one was unprofessional, and I never even received the report.

We needed a valuation report in the short term. Fortunately, Rick and his team were able to take on the assignment and completed it within a week. A detailed and high-quality report was prepared, including an appraisal that we believe to be accurate. This gave us more confidence in our mortgage application. The phone was answered very pleasantly by Tanny and she arranged for Mr. Rick van Dijk to come and carry out an appraisal just two days later.
