My wife and I have a property in Haarlem and have been trying to sell it for the past six months. Unfortunately, it seems that the property did not receive the right attention, despite being located in the city center and within approximately 15 minutes' walking distance of Haarlem train station. It is worth mentioning that the apartment had a generous surface area and also had a parking permit. We were quite negatively about the chance to sell the property and felt that something else needed to happen other than continuing to lower the price as advised.
