Very disappointing experience. I was called by the real estate agent with the enthusiasm that I could view the house and then received multiple emails as a reminder to arrive on time. However, when I was there, nobody was present. Later I heard that the house had already been sold before the appointment. This was supposedly passed on via voicemail, but I never received it. Very messy communication and disappointing that I didn't even get the chance to make an offer.

Wilbert, Sylvester and the rest of the team helped us very well with the purchase of our first home. They gave excellent advice and remained patient. Occasionally we had to wait a little longer for an answer, but I can imagine they are very busy – not surprising when you're a good real estate agent!
