Er was erg goede locale kennis en ook de bezichtigingsdagen zijn naar volle tevredenheid verlopen. Men was erg goed bereikbaar en de kwaliteit van iedereen in het team was zeer goed.

We hebben Van Doorn ingeschakeld voor de aankoop van een nieuwe woning en de verkoop van onze woning. In beide processen waren ze heel behulpzaam. Ze kennen de markt, reageren snel op vragen en weten goed hoe je een huis moet aankopen en verkopen. Als je hun advies volgt grijp je zeker niet mis. Ook bij woningen die buiten de standaard zijn. Daarnaast zijn ze vriendelijk en betrouwbaar, wat ook heel fijn is. We hebben zowel bij overdracht van aankoop van bij de verkoop onvoorziene schade gehad wat zeer goed is opgelost en bemiddeld door de makelaar. Dat zijn dingen die je liever niet wilt. Maar als het toch gebeurt, is het fijn om een goede makelaar aan je zijde te hebben. Kortom, een dikke aanbeveling waard.

Heel behulpzame, snelle en fijne service. Wij moesten best snel handelen met onze verkoop omdat we al een nieuw huis hadden gekocht. Hierin hielp het team ons heel goed, er werd goed meegedacht en veel werd ons uit handen genomen! Met een heel goed resultaat :) Dankbaar hiervoor!
