Contact with the real estate agent went well. However, there were a few minor things I encountered and reported to the real estate agent. They handled this well, by also sharing their side of the story with me.

Worst service ever. Melvin scheduled a viewing with me and in the email he did not mention the door number of the building/apartment. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone. It took me more than 1 hour to get there by train and he simply doesn't care about people’s time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
