From the first contact with Fabriëlla to the key handover with the landlord, they were always willing to answer questions and communication lines were short. The initial and subsequent contacts required a bit of getting used to. Subsequently, the broker was mostly available by phone, even after (office hours), which was very pleasant to hear. However, the aforementioned broker employed by Volkert Makelaardij is currently retired. Considering the supporting question as to whether I will recommend this broker, it's a thumbs up.
