Very pleasant experiences with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we came into contact with this office twice. Then still as representative of the selling party. They were by far the nicest agents we encountered. Finally someone who takes the time for you. Honest and complete in their answers. Senses whether you want the house. Also come across as friendly and especially human. Not the idea that they want to inflate the housing market, although ultimately it is: what the fool will pay. But they are not crazy when it comes to real estate. Furthermore smooth in dealing with each other, dare to make a joke, but at all times professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there. But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. In short: pleasant to deal with again, keep their heads cool, easily accessible, clear/favorable rates. And very happy with the photographer they have hired! Our thanks are great!

Zeer goed contact ook met de dames van kantoor een fijn en persoonlijk contact. Kortom wij zijn zeer tevreden over Martin. Afspraken zijn netjes nagekomen en Martin was altijd bereikbaar.

Martin Martens was erg Vriendelijk en luisterde goed, hij was heel behulpzaam en leefde goed in. Ook op het kantoor waren de mensen heel geduldig.

De informatie had iets beter gekund kon geen afspraken zien in Move terwijl mijn vriendin de zelfde makelaar had en het wel kon zien een beetje jammer

De makelaar was in staat om snel te handelen en heeft ons gedurende het gehele proces uitstekend begeleid. Vragen worden bovendien snel en adequaat beantwoord via e-mail. Ik beveel deze makelaar ten zeerste aan.

Erg vaag traject betreft aankoop huis, er werd gezegd dat er geen ontbindende voorwaarden waren (ander partij) en dat we meer moesten bieden, daarna bleek dat er wel ontbindende voorwaarden waren, dat koste ons een huis

Zeer slechte ervaring mee, kwam niet opdagen bij bezichtiging en toen bleek het voorlopige koopcontract niet juist was, daardoor visten we achter het net

Alles prima verlopen: contact met de makelaar en het kantoor, opmaak brochure met foto's keurig verzorgd. Positief ervaren de contacten en afhandleing van de makelaar.

Pricing was good and it sold quickly. However, buyers were slow and various issues arose. We felt we were moderately informed about this. We constantly had to raise the alarm ourselves. Contact with the office was good, however, we didn't speak much with the realtor themselves. We would appreciate more personal contact, not just email or app communication. It was agreed that there would be no entry costs, but they appeared on the invoice.
