Although I understand that delays can occur, I find it hard to believe that a missed call would not have been recorded on my phone, especially since notifications for missed calls are standard. Furthermore, it was strange that the agent was back at the office only 15 minutes later. Moreover, they let me reschedule the appointment, but later contacted me with the message that the apartment was no longer available. This experience is admittedly just one incident, but gives rise to concern about the management of this agency. Communication is crucial in the real estate sector, and this situation reflects poorly on their professionalism. I hope they can improve their processes for the future. It is already very frustrating to look for a place in Amsterdam and these experiences make it even more challenging. A phone call and some respect are not much to ask.

My experience as a potential buyer: not great. Viewing almost a favor and limited to 15 minutes. Waiting outside until the previous viewers are finished, and then the next viewers are already waiting behind you. Inside a young man who didn't know how to tell anything and also didn't bother to show the property and VVE facilities further. So I had to explore on my own before that. Okay, the market may be overheated and this is very efficient and possibly pleasant if you have this realtor as seller. So.. it’s a buyer’s perspective.
