Meedenkend en voortvarend gedurende het proces en op een zeer laagdrempelige manier te benaderen. Kritisch tegenover die tegenpartij en nauwkeurig in de beoordeling van het aangeboden vastgoed evenals de documentatie tijdens het koopproces. Kan soms overweldigend overkomen door de stortvloed aan informatie die op je afkomt, maar dat maakt de samenwerking niet minder onprettig.

29 Oct 2025Wij hebben een heel fijn gevoel overgehouden aan onze samenwerking met Rikken Makelaardij de afgelopen maanden. Zo’n persoonlijke benadering en meedenkende makelaar maak je weinig mee. Hij is recht door zee, transparant en overlegt alles, zodat je je echt betrokken voelt. Dennis heeft voor ons zowel de aankoop als de verkoop begeleid. Bij de aankoop dacht Dennis met ons mee over evt. mogelijkheden van het huis en werd er op het juiste moment doorgepakt. Hij schetste een realistisch scenario en schatte de aankoopprijs fantastisch in, zodat we het huis hebben kunnen bemachtigen. Bij verkoop waren o.a. de foto’s en plattegronden fantastisch. After we had already viewed the house ourselves, Dennis was able to quickly fly in for the second viewing after a pleasant and personal introductory meeting and helped us with advice and action, so that we ultimately purchased our new place within a week of searching! Always easily accessible for questions, critical and proactive. Even after the purchase, Dennis is helpful and likes to think along about things like contractors etc. Definitely recommended to hire him if you want to buy a house in the region!

Date unknownUnreliable realtor. Doesn't keep appointments and 1 star is actually too much. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

We act on behalf of our clients (in this case the sellers) and always strive for the maximum result.
