If I could give zero stars, I would do so. I rented an apartment in Rijswijk through this office. The apartment was nice and I'm glad I was able to get it. The other office is very bad: it's very difficult to communicate with them, because the person you need to talk to is usually 'not in the office' or something like that. We reported multiple times that things in the house needed to be replaced and within a year they never repaired anything. Furthermore, my roommates and I are still waiting for the refund of the €2000 deposit, two months after the end of the contract. Very unprofessional behavior.
