The best experience I've had so far with a real estate agency. Why? The entire process was excellently managed from start to finish by the realtor and his assistants. They involved us in every step, asked us about our wishes (because we were the selling party), e.g. what is important to us, price ea conditions. The realtor negotiated on our behalf with the potential buyer and we got the best price for our house. Currently I am selling another house in a different region and now experiencing the differences between real estate agencies. I can wholeheartedly recommend Van Den Akker, they are very customer-friendly and know how to make the best deal for you.
