The fourth time I sold in The Hague, but I'd never experienced so much stress and a realtor (Tim Rats) who simply didn't do much, didn't listen well, wrote a sloppy advertisement full of errors on Funda and then collected € 12.000. He was only enthusiastic and very pushy before I had legally bound them to the assignment. After I signed, he did nothing more. I could have done it myself better. Absolutely not recommended. To be avoided!!!
