Slechte informatie over kosten door aankoopmakelaar die weinig tot niet heeft geholpen en toen mijn starter -dochter na lang zoeken een huis vond ( met hulp van een heel andere aankoopmakelaar want andere gemeente) en zij na 3 maanden geen contact ineens een factuur van €700 kreeg en na protest deze ineens verlaagd werd naar €350 met daarbij dreigement dat " er anders werk van gemaakt zou worden ". Dus geen stijl dit.

Overweeg goed voordat je met dit makelaarskantoor in zee gaat. Onze ervaring was ronduit teleurstellend: maandenlang geen contact, minimale begeleiding en uiteindelijk onverwachte hoge kosten, zonder duidelijke uitleg of ondertekende afspraken.
