De naam Topmakelaars vond ik misleidend, omdat het volgens de KVK om een eenmanszaak gaat en ik in de praktijk steeds met dezelfde makelaar contact had. En in mijn ervaring is die ééne makelaar zeer onprofessioneel. Topmakelaar was de beheerder van mijn woning en volgens het contract had hij maar 1 taak: communicatie. Maar dat ging enorm moeizaam naar mijn ervaring, hier een paar voorbeelden: 1. Het gas en stroom werd afgesloten terwijl wij hier voor betaald hadden. Wij werden hierover geinformeerd door de Netbeheerder, maar niet door Topmakelaar. Ik heb niet eens 1 keer een email over gekregen en ook niet eens een uitleg waarom het gas en stroom ineens werd stopgezet terwijl wij daarvoor betaald hadden. 2. Later bleek dat ik te veel had betaald voor de nutsvoorzieningen. Dus vroeg ik mijn verbruik op... Maar dit weigerde hij te leveren en uiteindelijk weigerde hij om erover te praten. Waarom hij dit weigerde weet ik nog steeds niet. Pas toen ik de huur heb stopgezet kreeg ik weer een reactie van hem. 3. Toen ik de huur wilde opzeggen bleek de verhuurder te ziek te zijn, dus wilde ik de communicatie juist via Topmakelaars laten lopen... Helaas duurde het anderhalve maand voordat ik een reactie kreeg van dit bedrijf. Waardoor ik alsnog weer met de verhuurder moest communiceren. Hier komt ook nog eens bovenop dat ik na een eerdere review werd benaderd door een extern bedrijf namens Topmakelaars met het verzoek mijn review aan te passen. Ik heb Topmakelaar NOOIT toestemming gegeven om mijn data met andere bedrijven te delen. Ik vind dit erg onprettig omdat dit helemaal niet mag volgens ons contract. Topmakelaars heeft mij niet eens een email gestuurd hierover, maar is meteen over gegaan tot een extern bedrijf. in het kort: topmakelaar had maar 1 taak en ik kan mij niet 1 keer herinneren dat dat goed ging. Bij dit bedrijf denk ik de hele tijd maar aan 1 meme: YOU HAD ONE JOB! JUST ONE!

Earlier I had excellent experiences with Top Makelaar Curaçao; they guided me fantastically. When I wanted to move to Maastricht, I contacted Top Makelaars in Maastricht. Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment: the communication was always indirect and vague, the contract was full of messy spelling errors, they were always late for appointments, the phone was never answered and callbacks didn't come. All in all a very unprofessional service – absolutely not recommended!

Beste Sammantha, Dank voor uw reactie en vervelend om te vernemen. Kunt u aangeven over welke woning het gaat aangezien u schijnbaar een contract (met spelfouten) van ons of met ons heeft en zouden we u moeten kunnen terugvinden in ons systeem. Echter is dit niet het geval en is het lastig voor ons om te reageren. Voorop gesteld contracten worden altijd eerst in concept naar de contractant gestuurd voordat deze getekend worden. Eventuele onvolkomenheden worden samen bekeken en eventueel aangepast voor het ondertekenen. Wij komen dus standaard te laat en telefoontjes blijven onbeantwoord. Schijnbaar hebben wij dus meerdere malen contact met elkaar gehad......Ik betwijfel daarom ook erg aan de echtheid van deze review. Vooropgesteld zal ik zeker niet zeggen dat er nooit iets mis gaat, we zijn tenslotte ook maar mensen. Wij vernemen het graag. p.s. klein detail: TopMakelaars is aan elkaar vast geschreven.

edit: What's striking is that Topmakelaar hasn't received any reviews in the last 9 months... until I left a 1-star review, suddenly people started leaving good reviews again... This seems like a pattern: Every time a negative review is left, there are 'suddenly' 4 people who leave a positive review. My review: Almost everything he says is a lie and you constantly have to chase him before he does his work. He doesn't respond to emails, I called him 10 times in one day but no response, always late for appointments, and the work that he DOES do is super bad. Topmakelaar is an obstacle from beginning to end. A huge waste of money.

Beste anonieme recensent, Bedankt voor uw recensie. Jammer dat u mijn diensten zo ervaren heeft. Wanneer iemand zo slecht is zoals u beschrijft dan verdient hij zeker maar 1 ster. Maar goed, elke review gevuld met of zonder waarheden beschouwen we als opbouwende kritiek. Uiteraard staan we open om hierover in gesprek te gaan en kijken waar de schoen gewrongen heeft.

Make sure you get a signed contract!! If your house is sold quickly, they are your best friends. Our house wasn't sold in 8 years. They advertise with bonuses if it doesn't happen quickly. That is also stated in the contracts. Our contract was manipulated. We even had to pay € 550 upon termination of the contract. That money was collected through a collection agency without sending a reminder or formal notice first! NEVER AGAIN WITH TOPMAKELAARS!
