Earlier I had excellent experiences with Top Makelaar Curaçao; they guided me fantastically. When I wanted to move to Maastricht, I contacted Top Makelaars in Maastricht. Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment: the communication was always indirect and vague, the contract was full of messy spelling errors, they were always late for appointments, the phone was never answered and callbacks didn't come. All in all a very unprofessional service – absolutely not recommended!

edit: What's striking is that Topmakelaar hasn't received any reviews in the last 9 months... until I left a 1-star review, suddenly people started leaving good reviews again... This seems like a pattern: Every time a negative review is left, there are 'suddenly' 4 people who leave a positive review. My review: Almost everything he says is a lie and you constantly have to chase him before he does his work. He doesn't respond to emails, I called him 10 times in one day but no response, always late for appointments, and the work that he DOES do is super bad. Topmakelaar is an obstacle from beginning to end. A huge waste of money.

Doesn't call back to schedule a viewing. Called and emailed three times, left a number, promised to be called back, nothing more heard. So not great then.

Nutteloos, vier keer geprobeerd contact op te nemen via e-mail en telefoon, geen reactie. Nu het pand verkocht is, begrijp ik niet hoe dat is gebeurd, want communicatie was onmogelijk. Dit huis is mogelijk een hogere bieding misgelopen door een enorme hoeveelheid incompetentie. De zogenaamde Top Makelaars

Jeroen Olislagers is truly a top realtor. Very knowledgeable, knows the market, gives good and honest advice, and is very reliable in his appointments.

I only received some messages from them in the first week. After that, they disappeared. Never seen such an unprofessional man.

Very bad realtor, initially pretends to be good in order to naturally sell a house, subsequently he only stands on the seller's side. Doesn't think along with the buyer, and if the purchase doesn't go through, he blames you for everything. Very inexperienced and totally unfriendly. Only calls back when it suits him. Make sure you get a signed contract!! If your house is sold quickly, they are your best friends. Our house wasn't sold in 8 years. They advertise with bonuses if it doesn't happen quickly. That is also stated in the contracts. Our contract was manipulated. We even had to pay € 550 upon termination of the contract. That money was collected through a collection agency without sending a reminder or formal notice first! NEVER AGAIN WITH TOPMAKELAARS!
