Klopt van geen kanten. Makelaar in dienst van een verhuurder die mondeling aangeeft kosten in rekening te brengen als je je na het tekenen van het huurcontract terugtrekt. Echter wanneer je je terugtrekt zonder het contract überhaupt te tekenen eisen ze €350 voor het aanbieden van je profiel en het opstellen van het contract. Beide werkzaamheden die gelden als bemiddeling gezien ze in dienst zijn van een verhuurder en deze taken hoe dan ook uitgevoerd moeten worden ook wanneer de woning je niet wordt aangeboden. Deze kosten zijn dan ook bemiddelingskosten. Hierdoor wordt een getekend formulier, zoals hieronder genoemd als reden dat het geen bemiddelingskosten zijn niet rechtsgeldig. Afhaken kan gebeuren en afspraken zijn afspraken, maar de wet blijft toch echt de wet. Daarnaast is dit bedrag niet proportioneel voor wat er tegenover zou moeten staan (niks dus). Niet aan beginnen, je wordt aan alle kanten afgezet.

Professioneel en behulpzaam als je interesse hebt in een van hun woningen, maar het afhandelen van de huur verliep niet erg soepel. Ten eerste werd de borg 30 dagen na het einde van de huurperiode terugbetaald, terwijl dit 14 dagen zou moeten zijn (tenzij er schade wordt geconstateerd tijdens de eindinspectie - wat in mijn geval niet het geval was). Het verkrijgen van de afrekening voor de nutsvoorzieningen was een hele opgave. Er was geen duidelijke communicatie vanuit hun kant. Eerst werd me verteld dat ik deze aan het einde van de huurperiode zou ontvangen, daarna moest ik 2 weken wachten, vervolgens tot het einde van het jaar, en uiteindelijk vertelden ze me dat het de standaardprocedure is om deze rond de lente te ontvangen (ondanks dat mijn huurcontract in september eindigde). Het zou prettiger zijn geweest als ze dit duidelijk hadden gecommuniceerd. Ik raad aan om de afrekening voor de nutsvoorzieningen te controleren. Blijkbaar doet VvE dit, maar in mijn geval deed de makelaar het en er zat een grote fout in (aanvankelijk werd me verteld dat ik 20 euro tegoed had, maar na controle liep dit op tot 320 euro). Tijdens het controleren van de afrekening reageerden ze echter zeer snel en zodra ik de rekeningen en het energieoverzicht had ontvangen, ging het snel.

Geweldig bureau, ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met de samenwerking. Ik kan ze van harte aanbevelen! Klanttevredenheid is gegarandeerd.
