Verdient eigenlijk helemaal geen ster Wat een slechte makelaar kan niet communiceren en als hij dan een keer reageert slaat het nergens op. Heb me echt heel erg geërgerd aan hoe hij is en doet Wilde een kamer huren enkel en alleen gestaakt vanwege hem. Advies doe geen zaken met deze man!!!!!

We sold our apartment through them. In short, you should not expect anything special. We chose them (despite the fact that they are more expensive than other real estate agents) because we trusted that, as a small family business, they would provide us with a more personal and attentive service. On the other hand, they often did not take our wishes into account, there was no creativity or independent thinking, appointments were inconsistent, and they made several minor mistakes during the process due to their carelessness. Often we did not feel that they were professional or that they would do everything in their power to sell our apartment as quickly as possible. They just let it happen without putting in extra effort.

Nothing special – despite it being a smaller company, you don't feel that they are really there for you and fulfill your wishes. A lot went wrong during the process or it just felt uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism and attention. They did the absolute minimum for a higher price than others.
