WG Makelaars (Henriette Dane) heeft ons huis verkocht in Oudemolen. Wij zijn erg goed geholpen (door het hele team) en de communicatie was duidelijk. Het is dat je niet iedere week een huis koopt of verkoopt, maar de ervaring zou anders zeker voor herhaling vatbaar zijn.

Wij hebben een ongelofelijke goede samenwerking met elkaar gehad. Goede communicatie en afspraken nakomen. Pakt direct de vragen op en neemt actie ze zijn altijd bereikbaar voor je.

The display case is mainly full of sold properties. Good for impression but not ideal for house hunters. However, understandable given the current market that the entire display case cannot be full.

Excellent real estate agent who thinks along regarding the process to be followed.

Friendly people but poor accessibility and service. Little information given about the purchase process for the plot and difficult to make appointments. Requested callback not followed up on. No response to emails. All in all, very cumbersome communication which has led to a lot of frustration in the purchase process. A real pity because it's so easy to just briefly let someone know. Would never let my house be sold by them myself.

The promotion for the sale of our house went smoothly and correctly. MD real estate agents and her employees have done a good job, but it is not yet complete, as the transfer at the notary still needs to take place.

Viewed a beautiful house on Good Friday with the real estate agent. Impressions processed and a wonderful bid prepared. With respect for the seller's and real estate agent’s free Easter days, we want to submit an offer on Tuesday. The real estate agent reports on Easter Monday 'the house is sold, too bad for viewers!' Deliciously transparent procedure from the real estate agent: even viewings were still scheduled for Tuesday. I certainly won't have my house sold through MD real estate agents!
