08 Oct 2025I have been insured through Mathe Kuipers for over three years now, with Dennis as the intermediary. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Over half a year ago, I had damage that was not my fault, but the processing is still ongoing to this day. Despite numerous promises, I rarely receive updates, am hardly ever called back, and communication proceeds extremely slowly. As a customer, you expect clarity, follow-up, and professional support, especially from an intermediary. Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
