By email. Via WhatsApp. No reaction whatsoever. Until I called together with someone else using a different number – then the call was answered. Selectively ignoring clients is not miscommunication, it's a conscious choice. A disrespectful, cowardly choice. What’s happening here isn’t an error. It’s a procedure. A pattern. People's lives are being played with, with houses, with security. And as soon as you need something, this office completely disappears. Invisible. Unreachable. Irresponsible. I have filed a complaint and will have this situation investigated legally. Not only for myself, but also to warn others about this company. If you value clarity, reliability, and professional contact: do not enter into an agreement with them.
