They indicated a quick build time: transfer of ownership of the land 6 weeks before the start of construction and then a build time of 8 months. They also advertised this on Facebook and LinkedIn. The build time turned out to be 1 year and 10 months after signing. 1 extra year of double monthly expenses.

Be aware of friends of this realtor if it's supposedly claimed there's no interest in your house. Offers were never passed on and afterwards it becomes clear why. The house was sold to a friend of the realtor and resold with a significant profit. These people engage in fraudulent practices.
