I bought an apartment through this real estate agency, but my experience was far from positive. From the viewings and negotiations it already felt strange, later I understand why. It was a series of thirteen apartments that they clearly wanted to sell as quickly as possible. During the process it turned out that the real estate agent was aware of various issues that were not in order, but they were never mentioned. They withheld essential information that they legally had to share. Also the VvE costs were inaccurately communicated, which is simply illegal. The professionalism left much to be desired on multiple fronts. For instance they were repeatedly late, even during the key handover. On the day of purchase it turned out that they didn't even have a key, which meant that at the last moment while I was on my way to the notary to finalize the purchase a locksmith had to come to make the apartment accessible at all. Because of that I couldn't even view my own home at the time of handover, while furniture was already being delivered in the days after. Also small gestures, like a welcome bottle of champagne that others received, were 'forgotten' for me. Everything felt rushed and disorganized, as if they just wanted to get rid of the apartments as quickly as possible, regardless of what that meant for the buyer. Despite having heard complaints and problems from multiple buyers, they do nothing about it. In the meantime the only experienced and mature employee has left, and now you have to deal with young employees who clearly don't know what they're doing. In short: this is a real estate agent that's only focused on making quick money, without any concern for honesty, transparency or customer satisfaction. Absolutely not recommended.
