De communicatie komt onpersoonlijk en onprofessioneel over. Ongetwijfeld werken er medewerkers met vakkennis, maar onze ervaring is gebaseerd op drie gesprekken met drie verschillende medewerkers die vooral informatie ophalen en nauwelijks teruggeven. I bought an apartment through this real estate agency, but my experience was far from positive. From the viewings and negotiations it already felt strange, later I understand why. It was a series of thirteen apartments that they clearly wanted to sell as quickly as possible. During the process it turned out that the real estate agent was aware of various issues that were not in order, but they were never mentioned. They withheld essential information that they legally had to share. Also the VvE costs were inaccurately communicated, which is simply illegal. The professionalism left much to be desired on multiple fronts. For instance they were repeatedly late, even during the key handover. On the day of purchase it turned out that they didn't even have a key, which meant that at the last moment while I was on my way to the notary to finalize the purchase a locksmith had to come to make the apartment accessible at all. Because of that I couldn't even view my own home at the time of handover, while furniture was already being delivered in the days after. Also small gestures, like a welcome bottle of champagne that others received, were 'forgotten' for me. Everything felt rushed and disorganized, as if they just wanted to get rid of the apartments as quickly as possible, regardless of what that meant for the buyer. Despite having heard complaints and problems from multiple buyers, they do nothing about it. In the meantime the only experienced and mature employee has left, and now you have to deal with young employees who clearly don't know what they're doing. In short: this is a real estate agent that's only focused on making quick money, without any concern for honesty, transparency or customer satisfaction. Absolutely not recommended.

Omdat ik in andere regio's weinig succes had, besloot ik in Breda te kijken, aangezien ik daar iemand ken. Ultimately, we bought our apartment where Hendriks Makelaardij was the selling real estate agency and Geraldine as the agent. This week on Monday evening we purchased our first little house, which immediately left us with a bitter aftertaste. At 9:00 PM the first phone call regarding closing a deal, our offer was accepted and we were congratulated on the purchase of our new home. Of course, that had to be celebrated, but after the champagne popped with our proud parents, we received another call from the real estate agent. This was only 10 minutes later. The real estate agent still hadn't completely clarified the wishes of the selling party; suddenly an amount had to be added.... It felt to us as if during the race the rules were changed unexpectedly, and this gave us a bad feeling. Luckily we could renegotiate the deal after which we continued the celebration. The agreement was to set up the preliminary purchase deed on Tuesday and we had to provide a notary. On Tuesday we neatly informed our notary, but unfortunately received no response regarding the purchase deed after asking several times on Tuesday. Wednesday was the same.... We received an email at 2:00 PM where we could leave our details, which we filled in and sent back within 10 minutes. The status on Funda was also completely kept open, while this had been discussed differently. On Wednesday evening around 8:00 PM, we received another call from our real estate agent with the bad news. The house had been sold to someone else.... After which my girlfriend and I were left feeling robbed and exploited. Being outbid in the current housing market is nothing strange. However, the property was already awarded to us two days earlier and due to the real estate agent's poor handling, nothing is in order, so we apparently have no leg to stand on. All in all, our experience. Poor response, not well informed, failing to keep appointments, and lack of transaction speed.

My friend and I were able to successfully sell our little house with the help of Denise!
