Your attitude came across as threatening, with the message that seeking legal assistance would be pointless. This does not align with our idea of a professional organization.

I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more?
