We were also going to have an open house, which went well. Another appointment that wasn't kept. After 4 months of having new photos taken (by his daughter), the house was removed from funda. Then, three weeks later when the photos still weren’t ready and my house still wasn’t back on funda, I contacted him and from that moment onwards communication deteriorated. There was no more consultation, nor was I kept informed. My house was no longer linked to move or to my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewers and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I indicated that this was possible. The date got closer and closer, but I heard nothing more. Two days before, I asked if anyone was still coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and that I hadn’t received any emails from Move or heard anything from him. Briefly, I was told that two people were coming, but shouldn't you also hear that from Move? No, I had already indicated that. Oh yes, apparently the reconnection had gone wrong and he would look into it. I never saw anything in move… Ultimately, an offer was made through an open registration process, and the couple with serious interest had inquired with Danny about what they should expect regarding the amount. He repeatedly insisted on an answer and even said he would just say that you will only leave after half a year? I couldn't answer that either, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this personally with him, but appointments were no longer possible with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market, and when I asked Danny about it, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house would only be removed from funda and the other sales sites if I paid. I pointed out that I hadn’t discussed terminating the collaboration with anyone and had simply requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still wasn't off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so that my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this scandalous, and all this stress was just too much for me. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze makelaar. Er wordt veel beloofd, maar afspraken worden structureel niet nagekomen. De communicatie is slecht reacties blijven uit, zijn onduidelijk of komen veel te laat. Dit zorgde voor onnodige stress tijdens wat een leuke periode had moeten zijn, het kopen van ons eerste huis. Daarnaast is het contact met de receptie en telefonistes onprofessioneel en onvriendelijk eigenlijk asociaal. Wij raden deze makelaar dan ook niet aan!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met deze makelaar! De communicatie is structureel slecht. Terugbellen wordt herhaaldelijk toegezegd, maar gebeurt niet. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen en opvolging ontbreekt volledig. Zeer onprofessionele houding vanuit de makelaar. De receptie komt ongeorganiseerd en onprofessioneel over en vragen blijven vaak onbeantwoord. Als klant moet je voortdurend zelf achter informatie aan, zonder resultaat. Dit zorgt voor veel frustratie en ondermijnt het vertrouwen dat je van een makelaar mag verwachten. Ik kan deze makelaar dan ook niet aanbevelen.
