Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

I would never recommend Remax to my friends and family. We had a bad experience with them when we bought our first house. The communication with the person who was supposed to help us was very poor. I have rented out my apartment in Rotterdam through Verra for the past 4 years and am more than satisfied. The apartment has never been vacant for a single day, not even when tenants changed. Verra always found a new tenant within no time, and importantly, really nice tenants. I have been a tenant of Verra for the past two years and they resolve problems in the apartment well and quickly.

My experience with Verra is very bad. Either the expertise is very poor, or the disinformation is intentional. I give one star for recommending the apartment specifically from the area in which I was interested, because luckily (?) it was all on their own list and they really wanted to get it rented out. Suggestions to see other apartments that would fall within my budget had to come from myself. Incorrectly informed items: 1. The apartment was advertised as fully furnished, as seen during the viewing, with the exception of the TV and some personal belongings. Upon moving in, I notice that the 'personal belongings' are broader than I assumed, since the apartment was actually empty. Verra took no responsibility for miscommunication and it is true that I did not ask everything in writing that I wanted to stay there. I am glad they at least left the bed, washing machine and a few spoons, as I also didn’t confirm them. 2. After moving in, I discovered that there is no TV/internet cable running to the house. It took months for Verra, together with the owner/internet provider, to find a solution for internet in the apartment. Ultimately, I organized the installations myself and sent the bill to the owner. 3. Verra has also had problems with my rental agreement, rent statement and providing translations of documents that I have to sign. Communication about how these are resolved is poor or does not exist. Update: Although I had confirmed with Verra (via email) that heating should be included in the rent, this is not the case in the contract they entered into with my company (not with me). I only found out about this a year later when Verra asked for reimbursement. I have no insight into the contract and the requested information has also not been provided to me. Again, no responsibility is taken on the part of Verra due to their disinformation between counterparties. I would not trust them to work with them again due to a lack of transparency.

Goed advies gekregen bij de aankoop van ons eerste huis. Een betrokken makelaar en we zijn veel geholpen met alle vragen en twijfels.

Het begin was wat stroef mbt de tekst die op Funda moest komen, wat foutjes in de tekst maar dat werd daarna ruimschoots goedgemaakt door konstant op de hoogte te worden gehouden qua ontwikkelingen, biedingen, advies, duidelijkheid en kennis.
