Deal done and agreed upon, that they would have my property sold as a real estate agent. Excellent contact with Team De Jong and Mr. Walter van 't Hoff as the realtor. Contact was very good, a pleasant and honest working method especially.

Very bad realtor. First an appointment, and then suddenly yes, then no, then yes, then no again. Then they start talking about how children are not allowed in the rental property.

My expectations weren't that high. Our house had been for sale for 1.5 years. Walter said: I can do that easily. We were still a bit skeptical. Our contact with Walter was great (actually with everyone from De Jong). Walter always called us when there were developments or after each viewing, which we found very pleasant. Walter was right! After 6 days our house was sold. De Jong is really recommended!

Correct realtor. Informed well. When the attention to our house decreased, we had to take action ourselves for the next step. Expected slightly more proactive behavior.

I had to negotiate with the buyer myself about what should stay in the house while it was stated in the sales brochure.
