Hello, I have had a negative experience with Amsterdam-West Hoekstra and van Eck. I bought an apartment, where they were the real estate agent for the seller. Unfortunately, they did not hand over all the keys to the apartment to me (buyer) on time, despite the documents being signed at the notary in Amsterdam. When I realized that the key to the storage door was missing, I contacted the Real Estate Agent, but he said he didn't have the key. After a while, they start ignoring my messages and no longer respond by phone. I DO NOT recommend working with them, if you want a good purchase and minimal problems. It is one of the first responsibilities of the Selling Real Estate Agent to ensure that they have the keys to the apartment that they are selling.
