Offered the asking price, no conditions, direct down payment and delivery virtually immediate, meaning we were the perfect and only candidate. Suddenly there was another party and it would go through registration, well okay fine we thought. A few days later we are called that it is no longer going through registration and they are re-negotiating with the other party. The house is now sold for exactly the asking price!
