I found it fantastic in one word to do the viewing myself and arrange everything around it, real estate agents' land. No regrets. Could always ask anything and was called back neatly. Thanks real estate agents' land for the good cooperation, I would do it again.

Very bad service, avoid if possible. I had a very disappointing experience with Makelaarsland's purchase service. Despite having paid €600 for a package of five home inspections, the support was extremely poor and felt rushed, as if their main goal was to push me into a purchase quickly so they wouldn’t have to do extra work. They consistently avoided in-depth document checks, probably because it would take more time. In one case, I asked them for advice on a property and they estimated it at €250,000. That same house was eventually sold for €280,000 – a huge difference that shows how inaccurate and unhelpful their input was. Worse still, they advised me to consider a second property without mentioning that the correct legal documentation was not yet available. No responsible broker would advise a buyer to proceed under those circumstances. When I expressed my concerns about their service, they simply replied that they were not present at the viewings – and that’s exactly the problem. They take no responsibility and offer no meaningful guidance. It felt like I paid for a service that was never really delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Makelaarsland. If you are looking for real support and professional advice during your home buying process, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

We sold the house through Makelaarsland and I can recommend it to everyone. You keep thousands of euros in costs in your pocket and they arrange everything perfectly for you, besides the viewings. Very annoying that you don't get the 06 number from the relevant broker and that you have to call Makelaarsland yourself every time. This way, you always end up speaking to a secretary and are called back at other times. Very frustrating when you urgently need advice or have an important question.

A professional realtor comes by for the valuation, and a photographer also measures your home. You maintain contact with your fixed realtor / contact person. The only thing you have to do yourself is writing the Funda text, scheduling the viewings, and conducting the viewings themselves. Which works perfectly due to the personal contact, and you know your own home best. Everything works perfectly via their website. And all of this for a fixed rate. Even at a considerable distance from the property, Luca Real Estate knows how to present the property in the right way. The sales process is well guided and neatly concluded.

Don't go into business with Luca! I hired through Luca. The moment money can be made, he’s there like chickens to corn. The moment there are problems, he chooses to look away. There is no moral compass present with Luca. Physical violence within the complex is swept under the rug and statements are made by Luca that aren't even legally permissible in his role. 1 star is still too much.
